Requirements & Restrictions for returns, exchanges, and refunds:

All return or exchange requests must be made via email or phone within 30 days of the order's delivery.

Approved returns, exchanges, and refunds on unused or defective items must be returned in the same condition they were received and in the original packaging with receipt/packing slip.

The customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees on returns or exchanges unless Esthete Beard Co.'s fulfillment Team made the error.

Products purchased as a set must be returned in their entirety.

Items must be returned or exchanged at the original point of sale (Online, Barber Shop, Events, Farmers Market, etc.). Please refer to each Vendor's return policies for details.

We understand that scent is very subjective. Please read the scent profile and ingredient list before making a purchase. A one-time exchange may be approved, but the customer would cover shipping.

We do not accept returns of sample-sized products, sale items, or gift cards.

Returns on clothing items or accessories will only be approved if unworn and with original tags.

We will issue an exchange or refund once Esthete Beard Co receives the returned item(s).
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days to process your exchange or refund when we receive your returned item.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not possible from the website. Orders canceled after shipment will be handled as a return. Contact Customer Support via phone or email to cancel an order.
